Return and Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our business, returns and refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis. While we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, changes to colors or designs after the submission or design approval will not guarantee a refund. Clothing is recommended to be washed and dried per instructions on the garment, and description of the item. R&C Designs, LLC cannot be held responsible for deviations outside of these recommendations. Once your garment has been worn, no refunds will be provided.
