Return and Refund Policy

Dear R&C Designs LLC Customers,

  We prefer to work on goods provided by our own supplier that have been tested and proven to provide quality embroidery. If you choose to provide your own garments, you to waive their right to recourse should we experience unexpected results on untested materials.

We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with exceptional service and high-quality products. However, we would like to remind all our customers that once a design test stitch has been approved, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds. If you choose to proceed, please know that stitch outcomes vastly differ between fabrics, and we will always provide recommendations to best suited products for your design. If you chose to proceed with an item outside of our recommendations, we cannot promise the results will hold to the same standard. With that said, we will prep your fabric per our best judgment and knowledge to ensure a clean and crisp stitch-out.  Upon pickup of your product, it is encouraged for you to review your items for full satisfaction. Once your payment has been made, it is implied that your full satisfaction of our services provided, and our business transaction is considered complete.

As part of our standard policy, we make sure to inform all our clients about the possible circumstances that can go beyond our control and lead to less than optimal result such as the type of fabric, needle breakage, mechanical issues, power outages etc.  If your item is damaged due to one of these items out of our control, R&C Designs will not be held liable for the value or cost of your item. By providing your items to us, you assume all risks and understand these situations.
